A mulinatioanl client of our in the Fin-Tech space is in need of the urgent service of an Experienced Application Suport Manager.
The Job description include but not limited to:
- Business requirement gathering and Analyzing of Business requirements from client.
- Handling client’s interactions to elicit requirements.
- Mapping Business Process for Oracle Apps.
- Functional testing of Custom components.
- Preparation of test scenarios.
- Post implementation review and Issues resolution.
- Technical and Functional consultant for Configurator implementation.
- Support several stages of testing and fixing.
- Support of Oracle applications environment and fixing of transactional issues/defects that come along the way.
- Problem analysis, raising and follow up of TAR’s.
- Maintaining support with super users to ensure their needs are understood.
- Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing Fusion/ERP functional consultation.
- Assist customers maximize strategic business value from company products to provide them with vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Management.
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
Vast Experiene with Oracle and ERP Applications
Extensive experience in a senior role within a professional ICT environment planning, installing, maintaining, and supporting business applications
Extensive experience in all aspects of providing ICT applications support to users in a customer focused environment
Extensive experience of implementing and upgrading major business applications
Extensive experience of analysing user needs and requirements, mapping process and documenting the results
Experience of supporting business application systems and an understanding of their architecture
Experience of managing projects and of project management methods and tools.
