The Successful applicant will be reporting to the MD/CEO, this role is responsible for all revenue generating activities directly related to the sale of the suite of CICOD Enterprise and SaaS Products.
Responsible for Planning, Coordinating and implementing all sales and commercial strategy.
* Strategic Stakeholder Management (internal and external)
* Driving business growth to ensure commercial success – Business Development
* Execute New Business Development actively targeting new customers and partners
* Maximise key account sales revenues from existing customers and leverage success and relationships to propagate organisations to next level
* Responsible for the recruitment and on-boarding for the reseller network under the Business Partner and Direct Sales Agent Framework.
* Conduct regular meetings and sessions to ensure business unit targets are completed as per the strategic plan and establish and implement sales KPI system for the team.
* Mentor the reporting teams.
* 10+ Years in Enteprise Software or Software as a Service Company (Minimum of 5 Years leading large and successful teams)
* A degree is Business, Finance or Technology Related Discipline
* A Sales Leader with a proven track record of success in managing large teams across geographical areas
* Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
* Strong operational individual with the ability to leverage a broader organisation to deliver their leads KPIs
* Proven business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
