Job Description

Respond to customer complains and ensure close-out of issues

• Provide customer feedback to Project Manager

Job Requirements

In-bound and out-bound phone, general office, and sales experience

• verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills, communicating clearly, both in writing and verbally, in order to inform and assist customers with their inquiries, questions, complaints, needs, and requests

• proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, contact center, customer relationship management (CRM), online chat, and e-mail software

• ability to operate an Automatic Call Distribution Phone System (ACD), caller ID, and autodialing systems

• A high school diploma or bachelor's degree in communications, business, or customer service

• Six months to one year of experience

• High customer and service orientation

• Good knowledge of the operating systems and relevant hard- or software

• Serenity in challenging situations

• Having a friendly and engaging personality in order to create positive interactions with the customers

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Salary Offer

₦60000 ~ ₦80000
